Orange Shirt Day was designated as "National Day for Truth and Reconciliation" in Canada in 2021, to acknowledge and remember all the Indigenous children who lost their lives and sense of identity in Canadian residential schools.CIS is a school authorized by the Canadian government, and we commemorate this day together every year. We support Every Child Matters! We sincerely invite you to participate in the gathering, to paint orange T-shirts together, and to gather orange strength.
