One Day In CIS | A day in kindergarten

8:30-9:10

Arrival and breakfast


Children arrive at school at 8:30 and the principal greets students at the school gate every day.

The school will prepare breakfast, the children sit together, and in addition to enjoying healthy breakfast, the teacher will guide them to interact and communicate, which can not only improve the children's language expression and social skills, but also help the children gradually get into the state and better start the day's learning journey.

Language and literacy learning

After lunch, children in PK2-PK4 go into lunch break or quiet time. Not only does this time help children recharge, it also provides them with the opportunity to self-regulate and prepare for the afternoon's learning activities.

In addition to lunch breaks, K5 children will also participate in outdoor activities.

Inquiry learning and curriculum development


After the lunch break, the children continued to participate in the afternoon inquiry learning (UOI).Children will continue to explore science or learn subjects such as mathematics, music, and art in a thematic interdisciplinary manner.It also provides ample time for outdoor activities.

After school (optional courses))

After School Activities

For 1-2 hours after regular classes, children are free to participate in various after-school activities (ASA) to further explore their interests and hobbies.Whether it is English, outdoor games, artistic creation or sports activities, the rich and diverse choices provided by CIS allow every child to find his or her own happy time.


At CIS Kindergarten, every day is a learning journey full of exploration and fun.From starting with laughter in the morning, to rich courses and activities, to fulfilling after-school time, children grow up freely in a caring environment. They not only learned knowledge and skills, but also learned how to cooperate with others, explore the world, and discover themselves.
