High School Courses (Grades 10-12)
CIS provides a variety of courses such as high school courses in Alberta, Canada, AP courses in the United States, and A-level courses in the United Kingdom, laying a solid foundation for entering the world's top universities. In addition, the school has also established the CIS College of Creative Design (CCDA) to provide high-quality academic support and comprehensive university planning for students interested in studying top creative design and art majors in world-class universities.

Core subjects in the CIS Alberta curriculum include English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Mandarin, Social Studies, Physical Education, Fine Arts, Health and Life Skills. In the higher grades, technical education is included. At different stages of student age, subject content will have different teaching characteristics and objectives.
The credit system provides flexibility and personalized learning paths, allowing students to choose courses based on their interests and goals and complete credit requirements at their own pace and ability. A level courses
A-level courses are the core of the British education system and are recognized by most universities around the world. It not only provides students with a rich knowledge base and skills, but also emphasizes personalized learning. Students can choose the most suitable subject combination based on their interests and future goals, focus on 3 to 4 subjects within two years, and delve deeply into the field of their choice, focusing on depth and breadth. The flexibility of the A-level course is one of its key features. Subjects offered by CISFS for A-level include Mathematics, Physics, Business, Economics, Information Technology, Media Studies and Global Perspectives.
